Home Watch companies are known by many names: absentee homeowner services; property watch; house check; home concierge; personal property managers; and so on. Regardless of what you call it, the service visually inspects both the exterior and interior of the home, looking for obvious issues. Problems or situations that are discovered will be communicated to the homeowner. The Homeowner then instructs the Home Watcher as to how they would like the situation or issue dealt with and corrected.
